What if I received the wrong product?Updated 2 years ago

First, we are very sorry for any inconvenience. We do our absolute best to ship orders out quickly and accurately. However, when thousands of packages are shipped out sometimes a mistake is made.  We understand this is our fault and we will get it corrected as quickly as possible.

If you have received an incorrect order or something does not seem right with your delivery, then submit a help ticket.
