If you placed an order, but did not receive any confirmation receipt by email, then please check your email junk folder and spam folder because sometimes our receipts get filtered by email providers.
If you still do not see it, then please submit a help ticket to let us know that you did not receive confirmation of your order. Our agents will double check to make sure everything went through successfully and let you know if there is any issues with the order.
